Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and the success of our patients.
Duties:
- Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and monitor patient response
- Deliver medical services to patients in a medical clinic setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive program plans
- Administer medical care services, including health screenings, blood collections, injections, etc.
- Accurately document medical information, including patient assessments and treatment plans
- Assist with pellet therapy procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in IV infusion administration
- Strong understanding of primary care principles and practices
- Excellent medical documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Experience in medical weight loss or functional, integrative medicine practice is preferred, but not required
